Rocha, a 24-year-old Northlander faces charges related to the gunning down of North Kansas City police officer Daniel Vasquez earlier this week.

Here is what we know about the arraignment. • Occurs at 1:30 p.m.

Thursday, July 21, in Clay County Circuit Court • Rocha will be arraigned in person • Audio and video recordings are not allowed in courtroom • Rocha faces charge of first-degree murder with punishment possible of death or life in prison if convicted • Rocha also faces felony charge of armed criminal action with punishment possible of at least 3 years without parole Courier-Tribune will be reporting what happened during the arraignment at MyCourierTribune.com .
