ICC T20 World Cup 2022 will start on October 16 while the final is scheduled to take place on November 13.
In the first game of the tournament, Sri Lanka and Namibia will fight it out at Kardinia Park, Geelong on Sunday 16 October.
The Super 12 phase is scheduled to start on October 22.
Hosts and defending champions, Australia will play New Zealand in the opening match of the Super 12 at the SCG on 22 October.
As far as India are concerned, they will open their campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan on 23 October.
It will be the first World Cup clash between the two nations at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
