Police intercepted the gunman at the door where there was a shootout with the police he is in custody and police report the site is secure.
A bystander was shot and their condition is unknown.
Approxomently 20 police officers were on site from various agencies including UTPD, FBI, County, and City.
Emergency personnel is asking the public to please stay away from the casino & resort area at this time while officials continue to evaluate the situation and conduct their investigation.
