With regard to our meeting yesterday, we have devised the following plan for the first 30 days of this project. The project plan will be broken down below with costing at the end. This plan will be for us to initially launch and set the groundwork to make the company goals and targets ahead more reachable.

Web Development
We will redevelop the website in HTML/PHP format as that is most optimum for quick and organic SEO Results. Website will be based on an HTML theme from which you will be given a few options to choose from. The following deliverables will be under Web Development: Creating Website with all pages and information as is on current website.

Linking to all Social Media Channels
SEO Optimized
Optimized Contact Form
Call-to-Action on each Page
Crawl Error check and Google Submission
Social Media Optimization
Under Social Media we will be posting on all Social Media Channels. As these activities not only increase brand awareness but also business & clients.

Excluding Ad Budgets, Domain & Hosting costs.
Payment Terms: 50% Advance, 50% End of Month
After our initial launch and in setting the base for all future work. The second month hereafter we will be continuing the following services with the following monthly cost:
