Web Development
For starters given the time crunch we aim to build a basic website and have it up and running within 2-3 days so that we have a place to send our audience to. It is important to have a website as that portrays the brand image & identity to audience. For The Stroller Club we plan to: Create an appealing one-page website themed to parents & new born
Highlight upcoming events, dates timings and information
Highlight activities that will take place during the event
Sign up form for the events

Google Submission
We realise there won't be newsletters going out just yet but it's better that we start collecting as much data as we can to be able to use and reconnect with parents for future events. The website will be built on WordPress/HTML allowing us to deliver the website within 3 days. Cost: Rs. 20,000/- One-Time (Ex GST, Hosting & Domain)
Social Media Optimization
All social media activities will be targeted to parents. Keeping in mind our keywords "Mind, Body & Soul", social media content will be created to highlight these points in relation to parenting & parenthood. Content will be created in Graphic & in GIF/Video Format. For "The Stroller Club" we will be using Facebook & Instagram channels to start with.

Conclusion
Further things discussed such as name ideas is in progress and logo thereafter. We shall discuss this if at all you do decide to change your brand and logo or not. As we are seeking a long term business relation & referrals, there will be no charge for name ideas and the logo creation thereafter. Email Marketing & WhatsApp marketing will not be apt for the first event as our capacity is 30 parents. We can consider this when we require more attendees and can discuss this for future events on per event/message/email basis. We hope to have sufficiently informed you and we look forward to your response and beginning this project.
