Nisun International Board Approval of Share Repurchase Program

SHANGHAI , June 10, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Nisun International Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd ("Nisun" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: NISN), a provider of innovative comprehensive solutions through an integration of technology, industry and finance, announced that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program under which the Company may purchase up to million of its Class A common shares (the "Share Repurchase Program").

The Share Repurchase Program will go into effect in June 2022 and is expected to last through the next six months.

The repurchases may be made from time to time through open market transactions at prevailing market prices, in privately negotiated transactions, in block trades and/or through other legally permissible means, depending on market conditions and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

The Company entered into an agreement with a broker-dealer designed to comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Repurchases will be made by the broker-dealer in accordance with the agreement and the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Company's Board of Directors will review the Share Repurchase Program periodically and may authorize adjustments of its terms and size, or suspend or discontinue the program.
