Newington police arrested a 64-year-old man Tuesday in connection to a reported sexual assault at a Saver’s on the Berlin Turnpike in Might.
Anthony Anselmo of Terryville was arrested and charged with third-degree sexual assault, danger of damage to a toddler and breach of peace.
He turned himself into police Tuesday after a warrant looking for his arrest was signed on Monday.
