This is a keto twist using cauliflower rice on a traditional Filipino platter, tapsilog!
A sweet and savory herbal keto mix, it's a perfect breakfast with protein. For those mornings when you have a little spare time to cook a hearty family meal, this recipe is perfect. This makes for a really 63
fine brunch that can take you back to dinner time. In order to implement it, you will have to think ahead as the beef has to be marinated overnight.

Cooking Ingredients
One pound of sirloin beef
One-quarter cup of Calamansi juice
One-quarter cup of soy sauce
Six medium-sized minced garlic cloves.
One tablespoon of rough erythritol Three teaspoonsof powdered garlic.
One cup of coconut oil
Four large eggs
One pound of cauliflower rice
Cooking Direction
In a cup, mix the soy, citrus, sugar, sweetener, ground sugar, salt , and pepper. Stir until it is diluted with the sweetener and salt.
Place the beef in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over it. For curing, refrigerate overnight.
Delete the beef from the marinade the next day. Pre-heat the stove with a frying 65
pan. Cover the baking sheet with coconut oil.
Attach a single layer of beef slices and fried until all the moisture is completely consumed, turning sideways.
Delete the beef from the casserole. Until slicing it into strips, enable the beef to cool.
Cover the pan with the remaining coconut oil and minced garlic.
Stir in the oil with the salt and the garlic powder, then apply the garlic mince.
Sauté before you're aromatic.
Combine with the cauliflower flour, toss and cover evenly.
Cook until it's soft and completely dry.
Using the remaining garlic powder and black pepper to season.
Fry the eggs to the perfect consistency in a separate skillet.
Remove from the pots, serve with beef strips and your favorite toppings, cauliflower rice and eggs.

Cheese Omelet
A fast and convenient omelet spread on top with mushrooms and feta cheese.
Garnish to give more flavor to the omelet with some green onions. Try swapping the goat cheese for something new with feta cheese, too.
Cooking Ingredients
Three large eggs
Two teaspoons of substantial cream
Three ounces of mushrooms, sliced.
One teaspoon of olive oil
Two ounces of crumbled goat cheese.
Spike flavor for taste
green onions for garnishing
Cooking Direction
In a frying pan, melt the olive oil. Toss the mushrooms in and fry for about 4
minutes, until tender.
Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and some Spike seasoning whilst the
mushrooms are frying.
Pour the mixture of eggs over the mushrooms and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cheese from the goat. Fold over until the cheese begins to melt and continue to cook.
Serve on a plate until finished. If you like, garnish it with green onions.
