Chill the mixture for 25 minutes so that it becomes firm. 4. Take the mixture out from the fridge and make small balls around 1-inch in size. 5. You can put the balls in a large bowl or plate and serve them. If you want to save them for later, you can put them in one airtight container and store them in the fridge.

You can use unsweetened coconut instead of the sweetened variety. Remember to purchase shredded coconut. Do not buy coconut flakes (Jaclyn, 2014).
