plan will also help you to get started to eating better to improve your condition.
Step 2: Become more active
You can improve your body’s sensitivity to insulin and also avoid gaining weight by doing exercises. Start by walking for 20 minutes, three times a week. Gradually, you can take up other exercises and engage in activities like biking and swimming. You can refer to chapter 3 for exercise tips and ideas.
Some studies have shown that intermittent fasting may be beneficial for insulin and blood glucose levels. However, further research has to be done. If you are planning to do intermittent fasting, be sure to talk to your doctor and be sure that it is safe for you to do so since fasting for low periods of time can impact your blood glucose levels.
By improving your diet and lifestyle, this will help you improve your health and hopefully avoid developing or worsening diabetes. And if you already have some the symptoms, these steps will enable you to manage them more efficiently.
I wish you all the best on your journey to a better, healthier life.
