Rule ``class_attributes_separation``

Class, trait and interface elements must be separated with one or none blank line.

Configuration

Dictionary of ``const|method|property`` => ``none|one`` values.

Allowed types: ``array``

Default value: ``['const' => 'one', 'method' => 'one', 'property' => 'one']``
