Village Trustee Cindy Flaherty moved to accept Krupa’s resignation, with regret, which was seconded by Village Trustee Mark Wilson.
Deputy Mayor Bill Astry was presiding, with Mayor Bill Dorman out of town.
Krupa cited a desire to spend more time with her family as a reason for wanting to step back.

Krupa was the board’s strongest opposition of the short-term rental moratorium, which the board passed despite her vote against it.
