Prior to the unit being made ava1lable, an inspection list has been drafted on behalf of the tenant and lessor describing details of the residence, including a description of the appurtenances.
The tenant accepu the unit in the condition as described in detail in schedule 1, Inspection List, which makes up a part of this lease, including descriptions, supplemented with photographs, of the condition of the residence upon the start of the rental, and including a scription of the appurtenances.
Common areas with the tenant's shared use are noted in this inspection list.
Anything not described is not a part of the unit.
1.4 The tenant will neither provide the use of the living space nor sublet the living space, or any portions thereof, to third parties without the prior consent of the lessor in writing.
