The organizers of the International Berry Congress have opened the registration period to participate in the seventh edition of the event, to be held on 22 and 23 June at the Casa Colón in Huelva.
Those interested can already formalize their registrations through www.congresofrutosrojos.com , which will give them access to the Congress venue, to be divided into an exhibition area, which will feature more than 60 stands; the auditorium of Casa Colón, which will host the whole technical program; and rooms for parallel activities, such as Room A, which will host various technical presentations of companies participating in the Congress, or Room 100, which will serve to carry out B2B commercial transactions and business, organized by Extenda- Andalusia Export and Foreign Investment Agency, which, since last year, is an institutional sponsor of the Congress.
This agreement with Extenda and the one that the Congress also has with Fruit Logistica has facilitated the presence of relevant international speakers, who will speak about and analyze trends in the retail and emerging markets for berries from countries such as United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Poland and Germany, giving a big boost to the sector's internationalization.
The organizing committee of the 7th International Berry Congress is finalizing the details of the event's technical program, which will address issues of great interest to the sector, such as the new possibilities for berries in international markets, the sector's firm commitment to sustainability and social responsibility within the framework of the SDGs, the promotion of their healthy qualities, or the major innovative projects that will mark the future of berries.
