A new poll is offering insight into how others are viewing the governor and the propositions leading up to Election Day.

But when it comes to the propositions, none of them are close to a simple majority.
For Prop 26 , sports betting at tribal casinos , only 34% said they would vote “yes.” For Prop 27 , online sports gaming , 26% said they would vote “yes.” Proposition 30, meant to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, has lost support over the last month, falling to just 41% in favor of the proposition.
Seven out of 10 likely voters also say the nation’s economy is “not so good” or “poor” , and more than half are worried that the state is headed in the wrong direction.
So who in the poll is optimistic?
Key demographics of those who were generally more optimistic were women, Asians, renters, college graduates and those mostly in the 18 to 34-year-old age range.
