Creators who plan in posts run out of ideas by week two. Creators who plan in pillars never do. A pillar is a repeating category of content, and three or four pillars can carry a whole month.
Pick three to four pillars
- Educate: one useful tip your audience can use today.
- Advocate or story: one post about your journey or client result.
- Entertain: one reels format people share for fun.
- Convert: one clear offer or proof post.
Map the month
Four weeks, one pillar per weekday. Educate on Monday and Wednesday, story on Tuesday, entertain on Thursday, convert on Friday.
Batch the work
Shoot the reels in one afternoon. Write the captions for the week in one sitting. A month of pillars is about ten assets, not thirty frantic posts.
Keep the balance
If every post sells, the audience leaves. If every post teaches, the page never converts. The mix is the calendar.
The consistency assist
Pillars keep the rhythm, and rhythm is what the algorithm rewards. When a pillar needs a reach boost, treat the top post of that week to a likes package and let the timing do the rest.
Review every month
Drop a pillar that draws no engagement, raise the one that does. The four pillars survive only if they earn their slots.
